Job summary

SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Retail Store Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service across two outlets. You will mentor part-time staff, enforce SOPs, and support inventory and sales activities to enhance the shopping experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, and English fluency, with a 5-day schedule including weekends. Work pass sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail role (part-time experience accepted).
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Good team player with a pleasant, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work a 5-day week including weekends.
• Open to Singaporeans, PRs and eligible foreign applicants (work pass sponsorship available for exceptional candidates).
