Job summary

ANG TECK MOH DEPARTMENT STORE is seeking a Senior Fashion Stylist & Retail Operations Executive to elevate boutique operations and manage premium client relations in Singapore. You will lead staff development, deliver fashion consultations, and implement merchandise and training initiatives.

The role requires strong English communication and corporate training capabilities to drive sales, inventory control, and storefront presentation at a premium level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth boutique operations
• Manage Point-of-Sale (POS) accounting transactions and perform daily financial reconciliations for accurate sales tracking
• Compile and analyze sales performance data to support corporate decision-making
• Provide fashion consulting and wardrobe styling services to premium adult clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty
• Deliver advanced communication to present fashion trends and maintain premium client relationships
• Design and develop training materials to onboard new staff and enhance team knowledge
• Mentor junior retail staff on product specifications, fabric care, and service standards to improve team performance
• Conduct thorough stock audits and manage inventory replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
• Coordinate shipments and logistics with fashion suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control
• Track and document fabric defects to maintain product quality standards
• Implement corporate visual merchandising guidelines by styling boutique mannequins and organizing floor layouts to maximize apparel appeal
