Job summary

NIMISSKI FASHION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-oriented retail associate to join our boutique team. You will greet shoppers, provide expert fashion advice, and showcase product knowledge to support confident purchasing decisions.

You will handle day-to-day store operations, maintain visual displays, perform tailoring and alterations when needed, and contribute to achieving sales targets through attentive service and proactive follow-up on new arrivals and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming manner and provide expert fashion advice.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Provide tailoring and alterations service for customers as needed.
• Drive sales through engaging customer interactions and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle day-to-day store operations and maintain visual merchandise displays.
• Follow up on new product arrivals and promotions to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Able to adapt and work fast in a fast-paced and changing environment.
