Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Operations

• Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and visually polished store that reflects brand standards.
• Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, tagging, transfers, and stockroom management.
• Support loss prevention through careful stock handling and security vigilance.

Customer Experience Support

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely product availability and replenishment.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing retail operations, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with retail systems (Inventory software) is a plus.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours.
