Job summary

HAN Flowers Pte. Ltd. at VivoCity, Singapore, is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver warm, helpful service and recommend suitable products to customers.

You will contribute to a welcoming store environment and help drive sales through promotions and up-selling. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. You will manage cashier duties, restock, maintain attractive displays, wrap gifts, and assist with events while working a 5-day week including weekends and public

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and recommend suitable products.
• Introduce ongoing promotions and achieve sales targets.
• Handle cashier and POS transactions.
• Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
• Assist with gift wrapping and product customisation.
• Conduct stock checks and basic inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Support promotional events and other store duties as assigned.
