Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to welcome shoppers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products. You will present features, highlight benefits and help customers find the right purchases.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Retail sales experience is preferred, ideally around 2 to 3 years. Fashion, jewellery, beauty or other customer-facing retail backgrounds are particularly relevant.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the confidence to engage customers and work towards sales targets.
• Comfortable supporting store operations such as POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
