Job summary

NASTY COOKIE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager's key support person to ensure product quality, outlet readiness and stock availability through close coordination with Store Leads, the Singapore warehouse PIC, logistics and JFH.

You will lead quality inspections, manage stock transfers, standardize SOPs, train staff and report on outlet performance, with weekend and peak period coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B retail operations, supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of food safety and inventory control.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across outlets, warehouse, logistics and production teams.
• Willing to travel and support during weekends/events.
• Hands-on and independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in daily retail operations.
• Conduct outlet inspections for quality, hygiene and presentation.
• Coordinate stock replenishment between Singapore warehouse and outlets.
• Liaise with warehouse PIC, store leads, and logistics teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs and provide training to outlet teams.
• Provide reports on performance, stock concerns and outstanding actions.
