Job summary

NASTY COOKIE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Lead for Singapore retail operations, commercial sales, quality assurance and stock/warehouse management. You will oversee outlets, coach teams, ensure product quality and regulatory compliance, and drive smooth local deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing promotions, coordinating with warehouses and overseas partners, and developing SOPs for openings, launches and events while reporting performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Must have F&B retail management experience and strong sales leadership.
• Experience with quality assurance, food safety, Halal administration, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to supervise teams, coordinate across outlets and warehouses, and drive operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outlet performance, service, staffing and promotions.
• Coach Store Leads and teams; conduct outlet visits and address issues.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, storage, labelling and stock rotation.
