• Able to visit outlets and warehouses and support weekends, events and peak periods.

• Oversee outlet performance, service, staffing, cleanliness, product presentation and promotions.
• Coach Store Leads and teams; conduct outlet visits and address operational issues.

• Manage Halal certifications, licences, permits, renewals, audits and compliance follow-up.
• Drive retail, corporate, bulk and outbound sales; manage prospects, quotations and pricing.
• Supervise sales administration, customer service staff, online platforms and order processing.
• Own Singapore inventory, replenishment, warehouse coordination and local deliveries.
• Coordinate forecasts, stock movements and launches with overseas support teams.
• Lead readiness for openings, relocations, launches and events; develop SOPs and train teams.

Lead Singapore retail operations, commercial sales, quality assurance, certification, stock, warehouse and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outlet performance, service, staffing, cleanliness, product presentation and execution of promotions and launches.
• Coach Store Leads and teams; conduct outlet visits and address operational issues.
• Maintain product quality and food safety standards, including hygiene, storage, labelling, traceability and stock rotation. Escalate non-conforming products and verify corrective actions.
• Manage relevant Halal certifications, licences, permits, renewals, audits, records and compliance follow-up.
• Drive retail, corporate, bulk and outbound sales; manage prospects, quotations, customer relationships, sales reporting and approved pricing.
• Supervise Jo and assigned sales administration and customer service staff; oversee online platforms, order processing, enquiries, complaints and service recovery.
• Own Singapore inventory, replenishment, outlet allocation, warehouse coordination and local deliveries; maintain accurate stock records and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate forecasts, stock movements, quality concerns and launches with JFH and overseas support teams.
• Lead Singapore readiness for openings, relocations, launches, events and system rollouts; develop SOPs, train teams and report performance and risks.

Success measures

• Sales and margin targets, conversion, repeat business and customer response.
• Outlet audit results, product consistency and timely corrective actions.
• On-time certification renewals and closure of compliance gaps.
