Job summary

Suntec Real Estate Services Management in Singapore seeks an experienced Facilities/Building Manager to lead a section of the Retail Operations team, overseeing daily mall maintenance, safety, and tenancy matters. You will coordinate with MCST stakeholders, manage budgets and Capex, ensure compliance with BMSMA and MCST by-laws, and guide the team in tenancy management and dispute resolution.

Diploma or degree in Building/Facilities/M&E, 3+ years in retail management, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building, Facilities, Estate Management, M&E or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with team, tenants and service providers.
• Willing to work beyond standard hours when required.
• Familiar with MCST buildings and BMSMA regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance strategy for the mall facilities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with authority regulations and MCST by-laws.
• Oversee budget management, Capex and cyclical replacement works.
• Coordinate with MCST and stakeholders, including EOGMs/AGMs.
• Manage term contracts and vendor relationships.
