Job summary

XIAOHONG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee tenancy management and Asset Enhancement Initiatives from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires a degree in Architectural and Built Environment and at least 7+ years in project development and management within retail malls or

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project development and management experience in retail mall or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of local Singapore codes and authorities submissions.
• Experience with AEI, refurbishment, fit-out or renovation projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute project works across properties.
• Support tenancy management and AEI, refurbishment, CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants, vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, costs, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety and quality.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and close-out documentation.
• Liaise with authorities and service providers as required.
