Job summary

Xiaohong Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead tenancy management and Asset Enhancement Initiatives across its retail and commercial properties in Singapore. You will guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, schedule and quality standards.

You will collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers and internal teams to ensure compliant delivery, while maintaining safety and meticulous documentation throughout close-out.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural and Built Environment or Project Management.
• 7+ years in project development and architecture planning/management.
• Knowledge of local codes and authorities submissions in Singapore.
• Experience in AEI, refurbishment, fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of retail mall operations and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing project works across properties.
• Support tenancy management, AEI, refurbishment, CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, progress, costs, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Review progress, defects, and rectify as needed.
• Assist in quotations, procurements and project documentation.
• Coordinate with mall operations to minimise tenant disruption.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress updates, and reports.
