Job summary

Montblanc in Singapore seeks a Senior Retail Analytics professional to partner with Brand Director and Store Management to drive performance. You will deliver weekly and monthly analyses from store to market level, monitor market changes, and support strategic planning.

You will identify performance gaps, collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain and CRM to close them, and guide stores with action plans. Weekly store visits ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail/luxury management.
• Analytical thinker who translates data into actionable insights.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Looker and Power BI.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Brand Director and Store Management to drive retail performance.
• Provide weekly and monthly business analysis from store to market level.
• Identify gaps and coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and CRM to close gaps.
• Lead store visits to communicate sales and product strategies to frontline teams.
• Prepare market visit agendas and management reports.
