Qualifications

• 6 months full-time internship from Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Experience with Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinker with structured problem solving and multi-workstream management.
• Excellent communication with commercial stakeholders.
• Python/R is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries with commentary and action points.
• Track key retail KPIs and follow up on initiatives.
• Present insights in weekly meetings; ensure actions are documented.
• Support expense tracking vs budget and last year; highlight variances.
• Assist with ROI inputs for door investments/renovations.
• Support market research on trends and competitor activity in travel retail beauty.
• Analyze performance across countries/doors and highlight opportunities/risks.
• Help define and track commercial KPIs and generate insights for meetings.
