Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd seeks a Retail Operations Executive to support daily retail activities, monitor store performance and maintain inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams and clients to ensure smooth business operations in Singapore.

The role requires good communication, organizational skills and basic Excel. Travel between retail locations and a valid driving licence are necessary, with a focus on efficient, organized store operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Retail, warehouse or operations experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Willing to travel between retail locations.
• A valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence is required for the advertised GLIDEWORKS role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations across retail locations.
• Check stock levels and coordinate product replenishment.
• Review monthly sales reports and identify opportunities to improve product performance.
• Coordinate deliveries, receiving and inventory records.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and delivery personnel.
• Ensure retail locations are clean, organized and operating efficiently.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
