Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a responsible Store Operations Executive to oversee daily store activities, coordinate inventory, supervise processes, and support store staff while maintaining high standards of customer service and workplace safety.

You will work with suppliers and logistics teams, monitor performance, generate operational reports, and assist with staff scheduling and training. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• Experience in retail, store operations or inventory management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily store operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and stock availability.
• Manage stock receiving, storage and replenishment.
• Monitor store performance and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams and logistics providers.
• Support staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and presentation.
• Support management in achieving operational and business targets.
