Job summary

RIMOWA in Singapore invites applications for a Retail Operations Intern to support daily store operations and learn the ins and outs of luxury retail through hands-on project work and close collaboration with the retail team.

You will consolidate monthly punctuality reports, coordinate the purchase order process, assist with daily operations across all stores to uphold high standards, and perform monthly sales commission analysis while coordinating uniform orders with external vendors.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn about various aspect of retails operations in the luxury retail sector. You will work closely with our retail team to support the daily operations and contribute to the success of our retail store.

Operations

1) Consolidate and ensure timely submission of monthly punctuality reports.

• Ensure accurate compilations and consolidation of punctuality data from all retail stores.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit the monthly punctuality reports to the management team within the timeline.

2) Coordinate and management purchase order process.

3) Support the retail operations team in managing the daily operational activities of all retail stores. Ensure in store operations in high standard always and align with company guidelines.

4) Monthly commission calculation and analysis.

• Compile sales data and commission information from all retail stores.
• Calculate monthly commissions for retails staff based on predefined criteria.
• Conduct analysis to identify trends and performance insights related to sales commission.
• Consolidate uniform orders from stores and work with external vendors on procurement and distribution of uniforms to respective stores.
