Job summary

PRADA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time Retail Events Assistant to support the Retail CRM and Client Experience team in producing in-store events, trunk shows, and related activities.

You will help search for locations, coordinate timings, supervise catering and logistics, and assist with post-event CRM reports while on-site during events.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail CRM and Client Experience Manager on all aspects of event organization from searching for locations, defining timings; supervision of service activities such as catering, security, logistics, etc.; to event set-up and tear-down.
• Search for new vendors and suppliers for the implementation of events, and conduct negotiations within the assigned budget
• Assist in the preparation of qualitative and quantitative reports such as retail event proposals, post-event reports, and weekly and monthly CRM KPI reports
• Compile and research market and competitor activities
• To be present on-site during in-store events, to provide support by being a host, welcoming clients and providing in-store hospitality support
• Provide floor coverage as needed when the stores are busy
