Job summary

RIMOWA in Singapore invites applications for a Retail Operations Intern to support daily store operations and learn the ins and outs of luxury retail through hands-on project work and close collaboration with the retail team.

You will consolidate monthly punctuality reports, coordinate the purchase order process, assist with daily operations across all stores to uphold high standards, and perform monthly sales commission analysis while coordinating uniform orders with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and ensure timely submission of monthly punctuality reports.
• Coordinate and manage purchase order process.
• Support the retail operations team in managing the daily operational activities of all retail stores, ensuring high standards and alignment with company guidelines.
• Monthly commission calculation and analysis; compile sales data and commission information from all stores; analyze trends and performance insights.
