Job summary

Richemont Luxury (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive in-boutique support specialist to enhance high-end sales and VIP experiences across our Singapore boutiques. You will coordinate VIP bookings, assist with private viewing preparations and manage clienteling systems and reports.

You will also support CRM gifts, boutique activations, and administrative tasks, including meeting preparation, monthly claims and boutique management support.

Responsibilities

• Arrange VIP bookings for boutique or high-jewellery events.
• Assist with private viewing preparations.
• Update and follow up on high-end systems, clienteling apps, and reports.
• Handle CRM gifts (ordering, delivery, registration, and feedback).
• Assist with boutique activations.
• Follow up with the team on clienteling occasions.
• Assist with in-boutique quick service execution and registration.
• Provide admin support for boutique management.
• Prepare meetings and reports.
• Place non-sellable orders.
• Support monthly claims process.
• Share updates on new improvements with the boutique team.
• Communicate best practices to the corporate office.
• Assist the team with welcoming, drinks and gift wrapping during peak periods.

Support High-End Sales & VIP Experiences

• Arrange VIP bookings for boutique or high-jewellery events (restaurants, client treatment etc)
• Assist with private viewing preparations
• Update and follow up on high-end systems, clienteling apps, and reports

In-Boutique Client Relationship Support

• Handle CRM gifts (ordering, delivery, registration, and feedback)
• Assist with boutique activations
• Follow up with the team on clienteling occasions (birthdays, anniversary and etc)

Registration of Quick Services & Back-Office Support

• Assist with in-boutique quick service execution and registration
• Provide admin support for boutique management
• Prepare meetings and reports
• Place non-sellable orders
• Support monthly claims process

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

• Share updates on new improvements with the boutique team
• Communicate best practices to the corporate office

Boutique Support

• Assist the team with welcoming, drinks and gift wrapping during peak periods
