Job summary

CarousellGroup’s CarousellMobile is seeking a Retail Manager to own the entire physical retail network across Singapore. You won’t inherit a 200-page manual; you’ll write it by building scalable playbooks and driving sales, trade-ins, and profitability.

You will hire, train and lead frontline staff, manage stock and standards, and work with the GM and analytics team to turn data into action. This role offers real ownership and fast path toward general management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, F&B, telco, or customer-facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on exposure welcome.
• Experience leading people, formally or informally.
• Strong systems-thinking and process mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the results: drive sales, trade-ins and profitability across all stores.
• Build the team: hire, train and lead sales staff.
• Run the floor: manage stock, standards and daily ops.
• Design the system: create scalable playbooks for future stores.
• Shape strategy: partner with GM and analytics to turn data into action.
