Job summary

Carousell Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Associate to join our partner stores across multiple locations. You will assist customers with sales and trade-ins, promote products, and help maintain an organized storefront.

The role requires good communication, retail experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training on devices and diagnostics will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote new or pre-owned devices in-store or online channels.
• Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
• Data entry and other administrative duties.
• Pick, pack, and prepare devices for sale.
• Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
