Job summary

Laku6, part of Carousell Group, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to work at partner stores across Singapore, promoting new and pre-owned mobile devices.

You will assist customers with sales and trade-ins, handle data entry, stock displays, and keep the store organized, collaborating with the team while also taking initiative in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills required.
• Experience in retail is required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Willing to learn about mobile devices, trade-ins, and diagnostics.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels.
• Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
• Data Entry and other Administrative duties.
• Pick, pack, and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale.
• Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Any other operational requirement as determined by store manager.
