Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to work at partner stores across multiple locations. You will sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in-store and online, assist customers with sales and trade-ins, and support data entry and store operations.

The role requires good communication, retail experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn about mobile devices and diagnostics. Teamwork and independence are valued in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Work at our partner stores (multiple locations).
• Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels
• Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
• Data Entry and other Administrative duties
• Pick, pack, and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale
• Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Any other operational requirement as determined by store manager
