Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Retail Leasing Manager to oversee lease renewals, negotiations and tenancy agreements for shopping mall tenants.

You will build strong relationships with tenants, agents and stakeholders while monitoring rent collections, turnover and occupancy trends. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in retail leasing, CEA registration or eligibility, and deep knowledge of market trends.

Qualifications

• CEA qualified or eligible for CEA registration.
• At least 5 years of retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls.
• Good knowledge of retail leasing, tenant management and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail leasing activities, including lease renewals, negotiations and tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants, agents and other stakeholders.
• Monitor tenant performance, rental, GTO and arrears.
• Review retail trends and tenant mix to maintain high occupancy.
• Prepare budgets, reports and leasing-related documents.
• Coordinate with solicitors, Finance team and government authorities on leasing matters.
• Support tenant fit-out, compliance and operational matters.

• Basic salary up to $4800, depends on the relevant experience

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
• AWS+ Variable bonus
