Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced leasing professional to oversee leases, renewals and tenancy documentation for retail spaces. You will manage tenant inquiries, fit-out coordination, handovers and tenancy matters, while tracking rental trends and tenant mix.

You'll maintain relationships with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders and prepare leasing reports to support rental, arrears and deposits processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leasing experience; retail or shopping mall exposure preferred.
• CEA/RES qualified or eligible for salesperson registration.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable handling leasing documentation.
