Job summary

Starbucks Singapore is seeking a Learning and Development Executive based in Singapore to coordinate and deliver retail training, maintain records, and track partner progress.

You will partner with the L&D Manager and store leaders to design engaging learning experiences, support Workday LMS, administer registrations, and generate reports to drive continuous improvement in partner capability and the Starbucks Experience.

Qualifications

• Availability to conduct training sessions on weekends.
• ACTA/ACLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver retail training programmes.
• Maintain training records and monitor progress of partners.
• Support Workday LMS and reporting for learning initiatives.
• Administer training registrations and related logistics.
• Provide competency reports to store managers and action plan follow-up.
• Plan and conduct monthly store visits to review learning engagement.
