Job summary

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to manage training communications, maintain training records, support audits, foster a learning environment and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employee development.

We are looking for someone who can drive continuous improvement in training programs, apply strong communication and people management skills, and collaborate with diverse groups to promote employee growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in Learning & Development and employee development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate learning needs and training program updates clearly to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Maintain accurate training records through effective tracking, filing, and documentation to support compliance and reporting.
• Provide training records and documentation to support hotel audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and local authority guidelines.
• Facilitate a positive learning environment by assisting with HR activities and programs that promote employee development.
• Coordinate effectively with external partners to support training initiatives and program delivery.
