Job summary

Starbucks Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Leasing based in Singapore to support store growth within the Store Development team. The role focuses on lease coordination, documentation, approvals and milestone tracking to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include site sourcing, lease administration, and process improvement, working with landlords, internal stakeholders and finance to ensure timely store openings and renewals, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of lease administration or related real estate experience.
• Understanding of lease documentation and lease terms.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management with landlords, legal, finance and operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
• Team-oriented, proactive and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site evaluation and support lease managers for new stores, relocations and renewals.
• Maintain lease databases, monitor key dates, financial obligations, insurance and renewal milestones.
• Coordinate review and execution of lease documents with landlords, legal, finance and internal stakeholders; support audit-ready filing.
