Job summary

Starbucks Singapore is seeking a Learning and Development Manager / Assistant Manager (Retail) to lead the retail learning strategy and empower store partners and leaders to excel in their roles. The role requires designing programs, developing training materials, and ensuring effective delivery across stores.

You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify needs, design engaging content, and manage learning systems to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Hold ACTA or ACLP certification.
• Experience leading learning & development, preferably in retail, hospitality or fast-paced service environment.
• Strong facilitation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong prioritisation & project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Strategy & Programme Design to align with business needs.
• Partner with Operations and leaders to identify learning needs and implement initiatives.
• Manage Workday Learning processes and digital learning library; oversee budgets and vendor contracts.
• Coach and develop the L&D team to achieve strong collaboration and business results.
• Ensure compliance with legal & operational training requirements.
