Starbucks Coffee Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a District Manager - Retail to lead and develop store teams across a district in Singapore. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, customer service excellence, and driving multi-million-dollar sales growth.

You will recruit, mentor, and engage partners, optimize store operations, and build a strong community presence. The position requires retail leadership experience and a passion for people development and brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years progressively responsible retail experience, including 1 year directing the work of others.
• O-Level qualification or above is required.
• Great passion and enthusiasm about customer service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a district of Starbucks stores to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach store teams, building capable and energized leaders.

Job Position: District Manager - Retail (Location: Singapore)

We’d love to hear from people with:

• At least an O-Level qualification, its equivalent and above
• Progressively responsible retail experience of 2 years, including 1 year of customer service experience and 1 year of experience in directing the work of others
• University degree in business or related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
• Great passion and enthusiasm about customer service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
