Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience and 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience within the retail/consumer industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance and support.
• Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess program effectiveness.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software

Education
