Grand Cru Wine Concierge in Singapore is seeking a Retail Executive to join our team and deliver a premium wine and dining experience. You will combine wine retail sales, customer service, and food and beverage service to assist guests.

You will build wine knowledge, provide personalised recommendations, handle sales transactions, and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented retail and wine bar setting.

About the role

Grand Cru Wine Concierge is looking for a Retail Executive to join our team and deliver a premium retail and dining experience to our customers. The role combines wine retail sales, customer service, and food and beverage service, with responsibilities covering product recommendations, sales, customer engagement, retail operations, inventory management, and the day-to-day operations of our wine bar.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting wines and related products
• Provide personalised product recommendations based on customers' preferences, occasions, and requirements
• Promote retail products and special offers
• Achieve team sales targets
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to ensure a premium dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of wines and related products
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Ensure the retail and dining areas are clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
