2A Entertainment PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Sommelier to support professional wine service within our private members’ club.

You will work closely with the Sommelier team to develop technical wine knowledge, service skills, and practical cellar-management experience to elevate guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a career in wine and hospitality, with opportunities to learn through tastings, events, and training.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in a professional wine career.
• Previous hospitality/F&B experience advantageous.
• Basic wine knowledge or study toward a recognised qualification advantageous.
• Strong willingness to learn, teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sommeliers with daily wine service.
• Prepare wine-service equipment and glassware.
• Retrieve wines accurately from the cellar.
• Assist with opening and serving wines according to training.
• Learn the Club's wine list, producers, regions and vintages.
• Develop food-and-wine-pairing knowledge.
• Assist with cellar organisation, stock rotation, deliveries and stock counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of wine storage/service areas.
• Support tastings, dinners and Club events.
• Participate actively in wine training and maintain professional discretion.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sommelier to support the delivery of professional wine service within our private members’ club.
