Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a dynamic professional to join the Asset Management distribution team in Singapore. The role focuses on growing retail distribution with private banks and partnerships, driving product adoption across investment solutions, and influencing regional strategy.

You will develop new relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver sales growth, asset growth, and increased market share.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, banking, financial services, relationship management, sales, business development, or related field would be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with interest in investments, financial markets, relationship management, and business development encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks governing investment distribution.

Responsibilities

• Drive gross sales and net sales performance against annual targets.
• Acquire new retail and private bank distribution partners.
• Increase share of wallet within existing distributor relationships.
• Manage end-to-end product onboarding and sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within distribution networks.
• Deliver product presentations and investment updates.
• Support distributors through training, education, and sales enablement.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders on business initiatives.
• Build, manage, and report on sales pipeline activity.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on investor demand and product opportunities.
