Job summary

FWD Group in Singapore seeks a distribution operations professional to support IFA and broker channels, onboard/offboard partners, and maintain distributor records. You will manage commissions, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate IT and testing efforts for product launches.

The role emphasizes accuracy, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvements to maximise sales performance across distribution partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of life insurance operations in FA/ Insurance Broker environment.

Responsibilities

Provide distribution support to IFA, High Net Worth Broker and Bermuda Branch channel.
On and off boarding of distribution partners, including preparation of distribution agreement, commission schedule and due diligence.
Maintain agent records and access rights within SOP; handle agent code creation/termination and servicing adviser changes.
Ensure regulatory compliance checks related to IFAs are completed on a risk-based basis.
Generate monthly commission and incentive/campaign tracking reports within timelines.
Obtain necessary approvals before sending to internal parties for processing.
Lead IT-related matters for Distribution team; raise IT issues and support BDMs.
Represent the department in IT defects meetings and propose solutions with IT.
Perform distribution-related UAT for product launches and ad-hoc projects.
Identify testing inputs for product launches and change requests to minimize risk outcomes.
Drive post-internal-audit SOP creation, updates, and improvements to boost service and sales.
Act as key contact for queries from partner firm administrators.
