Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is expanding its Asset Management distribution team in Singapore to drive growth across private banks and retail banking partners. You will develop new distribution relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and influence product adoption across a broad range of investment solutions.

You will work with local and regional stakeholders to deliver sales growth, increase assets under management, and expand market share, gaining exposure to investment products, distribution

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn regulatory frameworks governing investment distribution.
• Experience covering private banks or distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive gross and net sales against annual targets.
• Acquire new retail and private bank distribution partners.
• Increase share of wallet within existing distributor relationships.
• Manage end-to-end product onboarding and sales processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in distribution networks.
• Deliver product presentations and investment updates.
• Support distributors through training and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders on business initiatives.
