Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science or another relevant quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience handling large datasets in Excel.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and analyze key distribution performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Track and evaluate sales campaigns and initiatives to improve performance.
• Enhance performance reporting through digital tools, automation and better data usage.
• Lead or support strategic projects aligned with department and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
