PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Brand Activation Partner for its wholesale partner network. The role focuses on hands-on retail activations, coordinating materials and budgets, and ensuring timely launches across partner stores.

You will work with KAMs, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver strong brand experiences, including store visits and activation readiness.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail activation, trade marketing, visual merchandising, retail operations or project management.
• Experience working with wholesale partners, sportswear, fashion, FMCG or consumer retail brands is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of retail campaigns, product launches and brand activations across wholesale partner stores.
• Coordinate campaign materials, POSM, visual merchandising assets and other retail requirements to ensure launch readiness.
• Work closely with wholesale partners and internal teams including Key Account Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Conduct regular store visits and retail checks to ensure strong execution of brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Support new store openings, renovations, shop-in-shop installations and other retail improvement projects.
• Manage activation timelines, calendars and project milestones, identifying delays or issues early.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve store-level challenges and ensure smooth execution at retail.
• Work with KAMs to improve product visibility, presentation and sell-through.
• Track activation results, store compliance and launch readiness, with post-activation updates.
