Job summary

adidas Singapore is seeking a Specialist, Partner Retail Activation on a 1-year external contract to act as the key liaison between adidas Wholesale/KAM teams and partner stores, ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns, store activations, and retail excellence.

You will manage campaign rollouts, partner store operations, visual merchandising, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting, visiting stores regularly to uphold standards and drive sell-through.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail activation, trade marketing, visual merchandising, retail operations or project management.
• Experience working with wholesale partners or within the sports, fashion or consumer retail sector is preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable conducting regular store visits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between adidas Wholesale/KAM teams and partner stores to ensure execution of brand campaigns, store activations, visual merchandising, and retail readiness.
• Execute rollout of seasonal campaigns and product launches across wholesale accounts; ensure marketing tools, POSM, and VM assets are delivered on time and report performance.
• Serve as primary contact for wholesale accounts; manage logistics for new store openings, renovations, and SIS installations; address operational challenges at the retail floor.
• Ensure partner stores follow adidas brand and VM guidelines; conduct regular store audits and collaborate with customers to improve product presentation.
• Liaise with internal teams (KAM, Marketing, VM, SCM) and customers to align activation timelines and rollout schedules.
• Help KAMs maximize sell-through by maintaining in-store execution and tracking local launch performance metrics; identify opportunities for better branding or display placement.
• Maintain activation calendars and rollout schedules; track budgets for store investments and escalate risks or delays.
