adidas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Activation Specialist to manage wholesale partner campaigns and store activations. You will ensure timely rollout of seasonal campaigns, POSM and VM assets, and adherence to brand standards across partner stores.

Collaborating with KAM, Marketing, VM and SCM, you will coordinate activation timelines, track performance, and address operational challenges at the retail floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail activation, trade marketing, visual merchandising, retail operations or project management.
• Experience working with wholesale partners or within sports, fashion or consumer retail sector preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable conducting regular store visits.
• Passion for sports and interest.

Responsabilités

• Campaign Execution: Execute the rollout of seasonal campaigns and product launches across wholesale accounts. Ensure all marketing tools, POSM, and VM assets are delivered on time, and compile post-campaign performance reports.
• Partner Store Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts. Manage logistics for new store openings, renovations, and SIS installations, while addressing immediate operational challenges at the retail floor level.
• Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards: Ensure partner stores strictly follow adidas brand and VM guidelines. Conduct regular physical store audits and work directly with customers to improve product presentation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with internal teams (KAM, Marketing, VM, SCM) and customers to ensure everyone is aligned on activation timelines, operational dependencies, and rollout schedules.
• Commercial Support: Help KAMs maximize sell-through by maintaining superior in-store execution. Track local launch performance metrics and identify floor-level opportunities for better branding or display placement.
• Project Management: Maintain activation calendars and rollout schedules. Track operational budgets for store investments and proactively elevate any risks, bottlenecks, or supply delays to management.
