Job summary

STRAITSX Payment Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own banking relationships and payment rails across the region. You will work with Product Lead to manage integrations with banking partners and drive revenue through new capabilities.

You will translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, write user stories, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Marketing and BizDev to ship customer-centric products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management specifically within the Payments sector.
• Comfort reading and writing API documentation and communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to measure long-term impact and design/interpret experiments to optimise funnels.

Responsibilities

• Discover, ideate, develop and launch growth opportunities and customer-centric products.
• Lead ideation, research, design, development and launch of new products.
• Write and review product specifications to scope out new products in detail.
• Document user stories and mockups using Notion, Figma, and Whimsical.
• Develop the product roadmap and prioritisation to drive execution.
• Coordinate across cross-functional partners and Leadership.
• Collaborate with developers to design and run user acceptance tests.
• Drive product development with engineers and designers.
