Job summary

Flintex Consulting Singapore is hiring a Store Associate to oversee daily operations and uphold our brand standards in-store. You will provide friendly customer service, manage stock, and coordinate with managers on sales initiatives and feedback.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong English communication, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. Social media interest is a plus, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted).
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus.
• Good team player, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
• Involve in stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers
• Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately
• Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed
• Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned
