Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will oversee daily store activities, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive shopping environment aligned with our brand image.

Responsibilities include stocking, handling stock transfers, engaging with customers, and collaborating with the management team on sales and feedback. Weekends are required; hours are 10am–7pm.

Qualifications

• 5 days work week including weekends.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted).
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus.
• Good team player, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships.
• Involve in stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers.
• Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately.
• Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed.
• Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
