Job summary

Winning Linkage Pte Limited is seeking a responsible Accounts Executive/Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting operations as a sole contributor. You will work closely with our overseas finance team and gain hands-on exposure to full-set accounting and retail finance operations.

The role requires handling AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliations, and timely financial reporting, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience managing full set accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries and other transactions promptly.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and closing activities.
• Monitor AP/AR balances and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; liaise with auditors and tax agents.
