ASSOCIATE & UNITED DISTRIBUTORS PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the company’s full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves day-to-day accounting operations and supporting financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, be proficient in MS Office and accounting software, and possess strong attention to detail and communication skills. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required or preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working in a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR and GL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Perform month-end closing and journal entries with accuracy.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
