Job summary

LinkEdge International is seeking an Account Executive to manage partial or full sets of accounts, including AR/AP duties, in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will oversee daily finance operations, perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, and support month-end close with accurate journal entries.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA partial equivalent.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in AR/AP management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare partial/full set of monthly accounts and related schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations.
• Handle bank reconciliation, stock reconciliation and intercompany transactions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Conduct credit reviews of new customers; manage collections and statements.
