Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Executive to join our accounting team in Tampines Business Hub. The role handles the full set of accounts and day-to-day operations, with duties spanning AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and monthly closings.

You will prepare financial reports, GST returns, and liaise with auditors and banks as needed. Relevant experience of 2–3 years is required for this Singapore-based position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling a full set of accounts is required.
• Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end closing and GST

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices.
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings when required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules for annual external audit.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
