The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (Full Set) to join our team in Singapore.

The role focuses on full-spectrum accounting tasks including AP/AR, invoicing, LC documentation, and month-end activities, based at our Pioneer Crescent office. You will handle data entry, supplier invoices, staff claims, and bank reconciliations, while maintaining orderly records and liaising with banks, customers, and forwarders.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR workflows and invoicing.
• Proficient data entry and document filing.
• Familiarity with LC documents and shipping records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in AP and AR functions.
• Data entry of invoices, payments, and receipts into accounting system.
• Prepare supplier invoices and staff claims.
• Issue invoices, delivery orders, and receipts to customers.
• Perform basic bank reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
• Prepare and check Letter of Credit (LC) documents, including invoice, packing list, and other shipping documents.
• Liaise with banks, forwarders, and customers on LC documentation matters.
• Assist in month-end closing and simple financial reports.
• Support inventory/stock record updates (if required).
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties.
