Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated professional to support student management within our school environment, handling investigations, detention, and administrative duties.

You will conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews, obtain statements, update parents on progress, supervise detention and CWO, and assist staff to maintain learning continuity during suspensions. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools,

Qualifications

• relevant experience in restorative practice and behavior intervention, alongside a calm disposition to effectively handle challenging situations involving students
• three (3) years working experience in a uniformed service background (e.g. Police, Prison Service or equivalent), with involvement in youth-related case investigations
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• be able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google collaborative tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews regarding minor incidents.
• Obtain statements and compile evidence for directions.
• Update parents on investigation progress and conclusions.
• Supervise students in behavioural detention class (BDC) and Corrective Work Order (CWO) as scheduled.
• Ensure detention tasks are completed and follow up with form teachers.
• Ensure detention tasks are meaningful and developmental in nature.
• Support staff in managing students sent out of class or in internal suspension.
• Maintain learning continuity during suspension by liaising with form teachers.
• Data entry for late-coming, offences and interventions.
• Compile weekly or monthly discipline statistics as required.
• Monitor student reporting channels and maintain confidentiality.
• Review detention, late coming and corrective work processes during holidays.
• Any other duties administrative and operational pertaining to student management.
